Transfer of Power is a micro press Publisher. The name is derived from the idea of me taking control pf the publishing, sales and distribution of my own and other comics that I love or think need to be out in the world… The logo image is derived from a transfer image of a cowboy that must date back to the 1950s. It comes from a wonderful little book of ‘exciting’ images to rub down and transfer all held together with a rusty staple. A beloved present from a friend. It has been cut in half and flipped to create the symmetry that symbolises the concept for me…
